By accessing and using the Sunbeam Crest Business Plan Builder service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Sunbeam Crest provides a Business Plan Builder service that allows users to create, edit, and export business plans. The service includes:

• Access to business plan templates
• Business plan creation and editing tools
• Export functionality to PDF and Word formats
• 7-day free trial period

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.

3.2 Subscription Fee

After the free trial period, the service costs $24.97 per month. Payment is processed through JVZoo.

3.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Billing begins immediately after the free trial period ends.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sunbeam Crest and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the business plans and content you create using our service. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunbeam Crest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms
